Ques. What was your subject at graduation?
Ans: I have done BSc honors biochemistry in graduation.
Ques: Why a bank job after biochemistry?
Ans: Bank because I see it as an opportunity to get involved in the welfare of society directly.
Ques: How is Inflation important for a country’s economic growth?
Ans: If a country grows with balanced inflation that is 2% to 6%, in India, then it is very good for its economic growth.
Ques: What is the role of Public Sector banks in the Country’s Economy?
Ans: The public sector bank plays a very crucial role in the country’s economy because all the financial Inclusion schemes of the Govt go through the Public sector bank.
Ques: What do you know about Banking?
Ans: Types of Account, Types of Checks, NPA.
Counter Question: What are the types of Accounts?
Ans: Savings and Current Accounts. [I also told the definitions and differences between them].
Ques: What is Customer Delight?
Ans: Ans: It is as the term says, Customer satisfaction.
Counter Question: Why is Customer delight Important?
Ans: It is important that everybody comes to the banks to avail of financial services, and not go to the Private money lenders, who loot them, especially the people in the rural areas.
Ques: What are your hobbies?
Ans: I love to play badminton, read books, cook, write, and watch movies.
