ARRANT (adjective) : कुख्यात
Meaning: used to say how bad something is.
अर्थ: कहना कि कुछ कितना बुरा है।

Antonyms: dubious, questionable, restricted, uncertain.

Meaning: very skillful and quick in the way you think or move
