Reasoning Questions for SBI Clerk 2019 

Directions (1-5): निम्नलिखित जानकारी को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़िए और नीचे दिए गए प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिये:
आठ मित्र A, B, C, D, E, F, G और H जो इस प्रकार एक पंक्ति में बैठे हैं जिनमें से कुछ दक्षिण की और कुछ उत्तर की ओर उन्मुख हैं. F और D, B के समान दिशा की ओर उन्मुख हैं. D, A के दायें से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है. C और E निकटतम पडोसी हैं लेकिन दोनों एकदूसरे के संबंध में विपरीत दिशा की ओर उन्मुख हैं. A एक कोने पर बैठा है. H, C के दायें से चौथे स्थान पर बैठा है. B और F के मध्य तीन से अधिक व्यक्ति बैठे हैं. G, H के दायें से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है. C, न तो A का न ही D का निकटतम पडोसी है. E किसी भी छोर पर नहीं बैठा है. F, D के ठीक दायें बैठा है. G, E  जो दक्षिण की ओर उन्मुख नहीं है के समान दिशा की ओर उन्मुख है.

Q1. निम्नलिखित में से कौन H के ठीक दायें बैठा है?

Solution:

(i)- D sits third to the right of A. A sits one of the corner. H sits fourth to the right of C. C neither immediate neighbour of A nor D. E does not sit at any end. G sits third right of H. C and E are immediate neighbours but both face opposite directions with respect to each other. there are two possibilities-



(ii)- More than three persons sit between B and F. F sits immediate right of D. G is facing same direction as E who does not face south. F and D face the same direction as B is facing. By using these conditions caes-2 will be eliminated. The final arrangement is-

सात छात्र M, N, O, P, Q, R, और S एक कॉलेज में एक इमारत की 7 विभिन्न मंजिलों पर रहते हैं, सबसे नीचे वाली मंजिल की संख्या 1 और सबसे ऊपर वाली मंजिल की संख्या 7 है. उन्हें विभिन्न ब्रांड के जूते पसंद हैं अर्थात Reebok, RedTape, Nike, Puma, Fila, Adidas, and Woodland लेकिन आवश्यक नहीं कि इसी क्रम में हों.  Q को woodland पसंद है और M को adidas पसंद है. P उस व्यक्ति के ठीक नीचे रहता है जिसे fila पसंद है और उसे puma पसंद है. R विषम संख्या वाली मंजिल पर रहता है और उसे RedTape पसंद है. S चौथी मंजिल पर रहता है और उसे fila पसंद है.  Q, M के ठीक ऊपर रहता है लेकिन दूसरी मंजिल पर नहीं. O, चौथी मंजिल के ऊपर विषम संख्या वाली मंजिल पर रहता है और उसे Nike पसंद है. M, सम संख्या वाली मंजिल पर नहीं रहता है.

Q6. निम्नलिखित में से कौन fila पसंद करने वाले के ठीक ऊपर रहता है?

(i)- S lives on 4th floor and likes fila. P lives immediately below the one who likes fila and he likes puma. R lives on odd numbered floor and likes RedTape. There are three possibilities-



(ii)- O lives on odd numbered floor above 4th floor and likes Nike. Q lives just above M but not on 2nd floor. M doesn’t live on even numbered floor.
