INACTION (noun) : निष्क्रियता
Meaning: lack of action where some is expected or appropriate.

अर्थ: कार्रवाई की कमी जहां कुछ अपेक्षित या उचित है।
Synonyms: inertia, passivity, stagnation, acedia
Antonyms: busyness, energy, happiness, liveliness
Example: Now every minute’s inaction increased this spirit of restlessness.


BANE (noun) : विपत्ति
Meaning: a cause of great distress or annoyance.

अर्थ: बड़े संकट या झुंझलाहट का कारण।
Synonyms: scourge, plague, ruination, destruction.
Antonyms: benefit, blessing, boon, felicity.
Usage: That evil is malevolent violence, a curse that is the bane of our human existence.



MALADY (Noun) : रोग
Meaning: a disease or ailment.

अर्थ: एक बीमारी ।

Impeachment (noun) : दोषारोपण

Synonyms: imperil, threaten, chance, gamble

Sullen (adjective) : उदास
Meaning: bad-tempered and sulky.

Meaning: causing or likely to cause an argument; controversial.

Synonyms: disputable, debatable, moot, vexed.
Antonyms: agreeable, nonbelligerent, pacific, peaceful.

PERNICIOUS (Adjective) : हानिकारक
Meaning: having a harmful effect, especially in a gradual or subtle way.
