Start of the story is from a middle class family.

Sab jante hai middle class family ki story Pitaji mehnat karte hai office me aur maa house work. Aisi kuch story hai meri. Pitaji ne ek gaon se sheher tak ka safar tey kiya chahe wo watchman ki naukri ho chahe wo part time job ho aur phir govt clerk job achieve karna.

Aur phir meri kahani aisi hai ki engg tak sab acha thik thak raha. But bad me papa ki retirement ana and then bhai ka job na lagne ka pressure, behen ki shaadi ka pressure. Aur suddenly engg pass out ke baad berojgari jobs kam hona ye sab daur aya.

Jisse pressure aur badha maine bhot efforts laga ke IBPS Clerk crack ki. But engg crack karke wo bhi topmost college me Papa ne investment karke jo dream karne the wo adhure reh gaye the. Mujhe pehli posting mili Bank of Maharasthra ki ek rural branch me. Ek ache job ki dream karne wala hamesha topper rehne wala banda suddenly clerk ki job financial pressure ki wajah se leta hai ye mujhe bahut gussa dilane wala aur aag jalane wala tha. 11 ki branch thi and travelling time around 1.5 hrs to mujhe ready hona padta tha 8 baje se infact khana banana ye sab pakadke 7 baje se. Aur return raat 7-8 baje tak khana wana kha ke 8-9 baj jate the. Then 1 hr ready n relax hone. So daily 10 o’clock se mai padhna start karta tha till 1 am to achieve that is something beyond everyone else. And everyone used to say ab bank me lag gaye ab nikal nahi paoge is changul se. But I never lost my feelings and never stopped working hard towards my dreams. I realized it is not easy but also not impossible. Then in 2020 I cracked prelims of IBPS PO. Then I applied for 1 week leave. Manager at BOM helped me in this journey which is rare combination in bank. So daily my father used to see me and cry how my son working hard and he is not getting success which he deserves. But I kept working hard then cracked mains also. And in turn interview and got Indian Bank. This journey includes help of lot of people. I would suggest everyone that success is not that difficult, confidence is the thing which you should keep in your pockets along with hard work in your mind.

Growth should be destiny which will help you to achieve endless goals since growth never stops till you keep working hard.
