Reasoning Questions for SBI Clerk 2019 

Directions (1-5): निम्नलिखित जानकारी का ध्यानपूर्वक अध्ययन कीजिए और नीचे दिए गए प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए:
आठ व्यक्ति एक सीधी पंक्ति में बैठे हैं, उनमें से कुछ दक्षिण की ओर और कुछ उत्तर की ओर उन्मुख हैं। वे अलग-अलग रंग पसंद करते हैं। H और E के बीच चार व्यक्ति बैठे हैं, जो भूरे रंग को पसंद करता हैं। B, दक्षिण दिशा की ओर उन्मुख है। C, B के ठीक बाएं बैठा है। G और E विपरीत दिशा की ओर उन्मुख है। वह व्यक्ति जो D के ठीक दाएं बैठा है उसे सफेद रंग पसंद है। B पंक्ति के अंतिम छोर से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। H, C का दाएं से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है जो उत्तर दिशा की ओर उन्मुख नहीं है। वह व्यक्ति जो हरा रंग पसंद करता है वह गुलाबी रंग पसंद करने वाले व्यक्ति के बाएं से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। D, G के दाएं से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। F, C के दाएं ओर बैठा है जो नारंगी रंग पसंद करता है। लाल रंग पसंद करने वाला व्यक्ति अंतिम छोर पर बैठा है। G, C और E दोनों का निकटतम पड़ोसी है। काला रंग पसंद करने वाला व्यक्ति E और A के मध्य बैठा है। इनमें से किसी एक व्यक्ति को  नीला रंग पसंद है। H और F, A की समान दिशा की ओर उन्मुख हैं, लेकिन C के विपरीत है।


Q1. निम्नलिखित में से कौन गुलाबी रंग पसंद करता है?

Solution:

(i)- B sits third from one the extreme end of the row. B faces south direction. C sits immediate left of B. C doesn’t face north direction. H sits third right of C. F sits right of C who likes orange. Hence position of F fixed in case-1. There are two possibility-



(ii)- Four persons are sitting in between H and E who likes brown. By using this condition case-2 will be eliminated. G is an immediate neighbor of C and E both. D sits second to the right of G who is facing opposite direction to E. The one who sits immediate right of D likes white. The one who likes red sits at extreme end. The one who likes black sits between E and A. The one who likes green sits third to the left of the one who likes pink. One of the persons like blue colour. H and F facing same direction of A but opposite to C. the final arrangement is-

आठ व्यक्ति एक वर्गाकार मेज के चारों ओर बैठे हैं, उनमें से चार व्यक्ति चार कोनों पर अंदर की ओर उन्मुख होकर बैठे हैं, जबकि चार भुजा के मध्य में बाहर की ओर उन्मुख होकर बैठे हैं।  B,D के बायें तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। H, B के बायें से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है और G, H के बायें से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। F, D का एक निकटतम पड़ोसी है। A, F  बायीं ओर के दूसरे स्थान पर बैठे व्यक्ति है के बायें से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। E कोने पर नहीं बैठा है। C, B के ठीक दाएं बैठा है।


Q6. D के दाएं से गिनने पर, D और E के मध्य कितने व्यक्ति बैठे है?

Directions (11-15): निम्नलिखित जानकारी का ध्यानपूर्वक अध्ययन कीजिए और नीचे दिए गए प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए।
आठ प्रोफेसर- A, B, C, D, M, N, O, और P एक संस्था के तीन विभागों इंजीनियरिंग, मेडिकल, और मैनेजमेंट में कार्य करते हैं जिनमें से कम से कम दो प्रत्येक विभाग में कार्य करते हैं और समान विभागों में तीन से अधिक व्यक्ति कार्य नहीं करते है। उनमें से प्रत्येक अलग-अलग खेल गोल्फ, वॉलीबॉल, तीरंदाजी, मुक्केबाजी, टेनिस, रग्बी, बास्केटबॉल और क्रिकेट पसंद करते हैं लेकिन जरूरी नहीं समान क्रम में हो। P को तीरंदाजी पसंद है और केवल N के साथ एक मैनेजमेंट विभाग में कार्य करता है। B और M समान विभाग में कार्य नहीं करते हैं। O को बॉक्सिंग पसंद है और वह मेडिकल विभाग में कार्य नहीं करता है। M और C एकसाथ  कार्य करते हैं लेकिन इंजीनियरिंग विभाग में कार्य नहीं करते हैं। D, C के साथ समान विभाग में कार्य करता है और गोल्फ पसंद करता है। B को बास्केटबॉल पसंद है और विभाग में उसके किसी भी सहयोगी को टेनिस और रग्बी पसंद नहीं है। N को वॉलीबॉल पसंद है और M को टेनिस पसंद नहीं है।


Q11. निम्नलिखित में से कौन B के समान विभाग में कार्य करता है?

Solution:

(i)- P likes Archery and he works in Management department with only N. O likes Boxing and does not work in Medical department. M and C works together but not in engineering department. That means M and C works in Medical department. B and M do not work in the same department. Hence B works in Engineering department.



(ii)- D works with C in the same department and likes Golf. Hence A and O works in Engineering department. B likes Basketball and none of his colleagues in the department likes Tennis and Rugby. N likes Volleyball and M does not like Tennis. Hence C likes tennis and M likes Rugby. The final arrangement is-
