1. ACRIMONY : रूखापन
Meaning: bitterness or ill feeling.
Synonyms: bitterness, rancour, resentment, ill feeling
Antonyms: goodwill
Example: The acrimony of the dispute has shocked a lot of people.

2. INFINITESIMAL : अतिसूक्ष्म
Meaning: extremely small.
Synonyms: minute, tiny, minuscule, inappreciable
Antonyms: huge
Example: The amounts of radioactivity present were infinitesimal.

3. LURID : भयंकर
Meaning: presented in vividly shocking or sensational terms.
Synonyms: sensational, sensationalist, melodramatic, exaggerated
Antonyms: restrained, discreet
Example: You can read all the lurid details of the affair in today’s paper.

4. MALAISE : अस्वस्थता
Meaning: a general feeling of discomfort, illness, or unease whose exact cause is difficult to identify.
Synonyms: unhappiness, restlessness, uneasiness, unease
Antonyms: comfort, well-being
Example: It is a malaise that affects both intellectuals and the masses.

5. OGLE : घूरना
Meaning: stare at in a lecherous manner.
Synonyms: stare, gawk
Antonyms: ignore, neglect
Example: Most women dislike being ogled .

6. PEEVISH : तुनुकमिज़ाज
Meaning: having or showing an irritable disposition.
Synonyms: irritable, irascible, fractious, fretful, cross, petulant
Antonyms: affable, easy-going
Example: The whole team was peevish after losing the game.

7. QUINTESSENTIAL : सर्वोत्कृष्ट
Meaning: representing the most perfect or typical example of a quality or class.
Synonyms: typical, prototypical, stereotypical, archetypal, classic
Example:  Paris, the quintessential city of freedom and discretion, he could lead a double life.

8. SUAVE : सुशील
Meaning: (especially of a man) charming, confident, and elegant.
Synonyms: charming, sophisticated, debonair, urbane
Antonyms: unsophisticated, rude
Example: He was tall and suave, careful in dress, careful in behaviour.

9. TIRADE : निंदा-भाषण
Meaning: a long, angry speech of criticism or accusation.
Synonyms: diatribe, invective, polemic, denunciation, rant
Antonyms: compliment, praise
Example: She launched into a tirade against the policies that ruined her business.

10. VILE : घिनौना
Meaning: extremely unpleasant.
Synonyms: foul, nasty, unpleasant, bad, disagreeable
Antonyms: pleasant
Example:  A vile smell assailed my nostrils.
