DFCCIL Recruitment 2021:  DFCCIL ने 17 सितंबर 2021 को अपनी अधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जूनियर मैनेजर, एग्जीक्यूटिव, & जूनियर एग्जीक्यूटिव के 1,074 पदों की भर्ती के लिए DFCCIL एडमिट कार्ड 2021 जारी किया है. अब वे सभी उम्मीदवार जो आगामी 27, 28, 29 और 30 सितंबर 2021 को होने वाली DFCCIL परीक्षा 2021 में शामिल होंगे वे यहाँ दिए लिंक पर क्लिक करके अपना DFCCIL एडमिट कार्ड 2021  डाउनलोड कर सकते है.

DFCCIL ने विभिन्न डिसिप्लिन में जूनियर प्रबंधक, कार्यकारी और जूनियर कार्यकारी (Junior Manager, Executive and Junior Executive) के पदों की 1074 रिक्तियों को भरने के लिए 23 अप्रैल को @dfccil.com  पर अधिसूचना जारी की थी. आपको बता दें कि भारत सरकार के रेलवे मंत्रालय (रेलवे मंत्रालय) के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण अंतर्गत आने वाले सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र का उपक्रम डेडिकेटेड फ्रेट कॉरिडोर कॉर्पोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड (DFCCIL) ने DFCCIL परीक्षा 2021 को स्थगित करने के संबंध में 18 मई को एक नोटिस (notice regarding the postponement of the DFCCIL exam 2021) जारी किया था। दिल्ली फ्रेट कॉरिडोर कॉरपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड (DFCCIL) ने DFCCIL परीक्षा 2021 को COVID-19 महामारी के कारण स्थगित कर दिया गया है। पहले, DFCCIL कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (CBT) परीक्षा जून 2021 के महीने में आयोजित की जानी थी। अब परीक्षा आगामी 27, 28, 29 और 30 सितंबर 2021 को आयोजित की जाएगी.

C) Candidates applying for more than one postcode have to submit a separate application form along with the fee for each postcode. However, he may be doing so at his own risk as a schedule of examination for any two postcodes may coincide.

DFCCIL Recruitment 2021: आयु सीमा (Age Limit)

DFCCIL भर्ती के लिए विभिन्न पदों के लिए आयु सीमा 01.01.2021 से लागू होगी:

1. Jr. Manager: 18-27 Years
2. Executive: 18-30 Years
3. Junior Executive: 18-30 Years


Age Relaxation for DFCCIL Exam 2021 : DFCCIL पदों के लिए  आयु में छूट –

अधिकतम आयु सीमा में छूट सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित मानको के अनुसार दी गई है:

a) SC/ST के लिए पांच साल तक ,

b) OBC-NCL उम्मीदवारों  के लिए तीन साल तक,

c) PwBD उम्मीदवारों  के लिए दस साल तक,(total 15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC-NCL),

d) पूर्व सैनिकों के लिए, रक्षा में प्रदान की गई सेवा की सीमा तक तीन साल तक, बशर्ते कि उन्होंने पूर्व सैनिकों (केंद्रीय नागरिक सेवाओं और पदों में पुन: रोजगार) नियमावली, 1979 के अनुसार समय-समय पर जारी किए गए भारत  सरकार के आदेश, सत्यापन के बाद छह महीने से अधिक सेवा में रखा हो।। 

e) अधिकतम आयु सीमा (08) DFCCIL के नियमित कर्मचारियों के लिए (08) आठ वर्ष की छूट है।

f) आवेदकों की अधिकतम ऊपरी आयु सभी संभावित आयु छूट सहित 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी।

DFCCIL 2021 Exam : Scheme of Examination

DFCCIL पदों के लिए कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (Computer Based Test-CBT) की डिटेल नीचे दी गई है:
  • कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (ON-LINE MODE) में दो/तीन सत्रों में 2 घंटे की अवधि के एक या एक से अधिक दिन आयोजित किया जाएगा.
  • CBT में प्रश्न पत्र वस्तुनिष्ठ बहुविकल्पीय (Objective Multiple Choice) प्रकार होगा जिसमें 120 प्रश्न होंगे, सभी पदों के लिए डिटेल सिलेबस नीचे दिया गया हैं.
  • ऑनलाइन परीक्षा में प्रश्न सामान्यतः पदों के लिए निर्धारित शैक्षिक मानकों के अनुसार पूछे जाएंगे.
  • प्रश्न पत्र केवल अंग्रेजी और हिंदी भाषा में सेट किया जाएगा.
  • कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट में नेगेटिव मार्किंग होगी और प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए @ ¼ (0.25) अंक काटे जाएंगे.
  • लिखित परीक्षा / सीबीटी परीक्षा में योग्यता अंक UR के लिए 40%, SC/OBC-NCL/EWS के लिए 30% और ST के लिए 25% निर्धारित है।
  • यदि DFCCIL को जरुरी लगेगा तो कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट दो चरणों का हो सकता है।

नोट :

एक से अधिक उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्राप्त अंकों की टाई के मामले में, संकल्प निम्नलिखित क्रम में किया जाएगा:

     a) पूर्व / पहली जन्मतिथि वाले उम्मीदवार को उच्च पद पर रखा जाएगा, यानी आयु वरिष्ठता में उम्मीदवार को उच्च पद पर रखा जाएगा।

    b) उपरोक्त (a) के अनुसार टाई होने के मामले में, पात्रता मानदंड में इंगित उच्चतम आवश्यक योग्यता में उत्तीर्ण अंकों के उच्च प्रतिशत के साथ उम्मीदवार को उच्च स्थान पर रखा जाएगा (will be placed higher)।

 

 

DFCCIL भर्ती के लिए होने वाले कंप्यूटर आधारित एप्टीट्यूड टेस्ट (CBAT) का विवरण नीचे दिया गया है:
  • CBAT will be conducted only for the post of Executive (Operations & BD) mentioned in the official notification.
  • Qualifying Marks: Candidates need to secure a minimum T-Score of 42 marks in each of the test batteries to qualify.
  • Candidates equal to 8 times the number of vacancies of Executive (Operations & BD) for each of the communities shall be shortlisted for CBAT based on their performance in CBT.
  • Candidates will have to qualify in each of the test batteries of CBAT for considering them for the post of Executive (Operations & BD).
  • CBAT shall have questions and answer options only in English and Hindi. There shall be no negative marking in CBAT.
    Final merit list will be drawn only from amongst the candidates qualifying in the CBAT, with 70% weightage for the marks obtained in the CBT and 30% weightage for the marks obtained in CBAT.
  • Candidates are advised to visit website of RDSO (www.rdso.indianrailways.gov.in ->Directorates->Psycho Technical) for question patterns and other details of CBAT.

DFCCIL 2021: Salary, Perks, Allowances, Place of Posting & Service Agreement

    a) Post: Junior Manager – Scale Rs. 50,000-1,60,000 (IDA Pay Scale)
    b) Post : Executive – Scale Rs. 30,000-1,20,000 (IDA Pay Scale)
    c) Post : Junior Executive – Scale Rs. 25,000-68,000 (IDA Pay Scale)
    d) Perks & Allowances: HRA/Leased Accommodation, Liberal Company Medical Facility, LTC, Basket of Allowances with cafeteria approach and other fringe benefits.
    e) Place of Posting: Anywhere on DFCCIL’s projects/establishments/offices.
    f) Career prospects: The selected candidates will have promising opportunities for promotion to higher grades, as per promotion policy of the Company.
    g) Candidate will have to execute the Service Bond, wherever applicable as per the norms of DFCCIL, at the time of joining.
    h) Pay Protection will be granted to the candidates serving in PSU’s/Govt. Organizations based upon DPE guidelines.

DFCCIL 2021 Exam: Important Details related to Qualification & Experience 

DFCCIL 2021 परीक्षा के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता और अनुभव :  
  • Candidates appearing or awaiting results on the closing date of application are NOT eligible to apply.
  • Where diploma is essential qualification for the posts, candidates holding degree with minimum 60% marks in specified disciplines are also eligible to apply.
  • For the post of Executive (Signal & Telecommunication), BCA & MCA would be considered as higher degrees to diploma in “Information Science and Technology/Computer Application/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Technology”.
  • The candidate must possess the ITI certificate in the relevant discipline for the post of Junior Executive except in the case of Junior Executive (Operations & BD) where graduation in any discipline is also eligible to apply.
  • Diploma or degree will not be considered as higher qualification in place of ITI where ITI is mentioned as the essential educational qualification.
  • The candidates applying for Junior Manager (Operations & BD) Post must have specialization in Marketing/Business Operation/Customer Relation/Finance.
  • The candidate should possess full time degree/diploma/ITI approved by UGC/AICTE; from a University/ Technical Boards incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be Deemed as University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
  • The institute awarding degree/diploma must be recognized either by UGC/Central/State Govt. or AICTE or Technical Boards/Universities established by Central/State Govt.
  • The candidates having completed five year integrated courses of MBA after 10+2 with requisite specialization are also eligible to apply for the posts where MBA is the essential qualification.
  • The applicant should possess the essential qualification as on the closing date of application i.e. 23.05.2021. The level of educational qualifications prescribed for the posts is ESSENTIAL.
  • Candidate must specifically indicate the percentage of marks obtained (calculated to the nearest two decimals) in the relevant column of the application form. 
  • Round off %age will not be acceptable under any circumstances for consideration for appointment. The fraction of percentage so arrived will be ignored i.e. 59.99% will be treated as less than 60%.
