There are two floors between C and F, who lives below C. D lives immediately above B, who does not live adjacent to the doubly occupied floor.  D and B both live in a singly occupied floor.

There are two floors between H and G, which lives below the floor on which C lives but not ground floor, from this condition case 1,2,3 and 5 gets eliminated. E lives on one of the floors above A. The number of persons living between A and D are less than three and H is not among them. Hence, the final arrangement is:
