Noun: communication of thought by words; talk; conversation; a formal discussion of a subject in speech or writing, as a dissertation, treatise, sermon, etc.

4. Mandate [man-deyt]=शासनादेश
Noun: a command or authorization to act in a particular way on a public issue given by the electorate to its representative; a command from a superior court or official to a lower one.
Verb: to authorize or decree (a particular action), as by the enactment of law; to order or require; make mandatory; to consign (a territory, colony, etc.) to the charge of a particular nation under a mandate.
Synonyms: authorization, command, decree, directive, injunction, instruction, sanction.
Antonyms: breach, break, denial, question, refusal, request.

Example: The murders were highlighted as indictments of the Central government.

5. Indictment [in-dahyt-muh nt]=अभियोग
Noun: an act of indicting; Law. a formal accusation initiating a criminal case, presented by a grand jury and usually required for felonies and other serious crimes; any charge, accusation, serious criticism, or cause for blame.
Synonyms: allegation, arraignment, bill, charge, citation, detention, impeachment, prosecution.
Antonyms: praise, absolution, acquittal, exoneration.
Example: It has led to opposition of the Central government through opposing and denigrating security forces.
6. Denigrate [den-i-greyt] =बदनाम करना
Verb: to speak damagingly of; criticize in a derogatory manner; sully; defame; to treat or represent as lacking in value or importance; belittle; disparage; to make black; blacken.
Synonyms: besmirch, defame, disparage, impugn, slander, vilify, asperse.
Antonyms: approve, commend, compliment, flatter, praise, laud.
Example: The problem gets further compounded when that understanding is based on the European experience of nationalism, a homogenising, masculine and an imperialistic phenomenon resulting in the formation of uniform nation states.
7. Homogenize [huh-moj-uh-nahyz, hoh-]=समरूप
Verb: to form by blending unlike elements; make homogeneous; to prepare an emulsion, as by reducing the size of the fat globules in (milk or cream) in order to distribute them equally throughout; to make uniform or similar, as in composition or function.
Synonyms: accommodate, adapt, blend in, homogenize, acclimatize, acculturate, accustom, conform.
Antonyms: disarrange, differ, misunderstand, not adapt, reject, unlearn.
8. Imperialist [im-peer-ee-uh-list]=साम्राज्यवादी
noun, adjective: the policy of extending the rule or authority of an empire or nation over foreign countries, or of acquiring and holding colonies and dependencies; advocacy of imperial or sovereign interests over the interests of the dependent states; imperial government; rule by an emperor or empress; an imperial system of government.

10. Incursion [in-kur-zhuh n, -shuh n] =चढ़ाई
Noun: a hostile entrance into or invasion of a place or territory, especially a sudden one; raid; a harmful inroad; a running in.
Synonyms: aggression, attack, foray, infiltration, inroad, intrusion.
Antonym: retreat.
