ICAR Finance And Accounts Officer Exam Pattern 2021: Tier 2

ICAR Syllabus AO and F&AO 2021(Paper I and Paper II)

PAPER – I 150 MARKS 

• भारतीय संस्कृति में प्राचीन से आधुनिक काल तक के कला रूपों, साहित्य और वास्तुकला के प्रमुख पहलुओं को कवर किया जाएगा।
• अठारहवीं शताब्दी के मध्य से लेकर वर्तमान तक का आधुनिक भारतीय इतिहास – महत्वपूर्ण घटनाएं, व्यक्तित्व, मुद्दे।
• स्वतंत्रता संग्राम – इसके विभिन्न चरण और देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान।
• स्वतंत्रता के बाद देश के भीतर समेकन और पुनर्गठन।
• विश्व इतिहास की 18वीं शताब्दी की घटनाएं जैसे औद्योगिक क्रांति, विश्व युद्ध, राष्ट्रीय सीमाओं का पुनर्निमाण, उपनिवेशवाद, उपनिवेशवाद, राजनीतिक दर्शन जैसे साम्यवाद, पूंजीवाद, समाजवाद, आदि, उनके रूप और समाज पर इसका प्रभाव।

PAPER – II 150 MARKS CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, POLITY, GOVERNANCE, SOCIAL JUSTICE

• भारतीय संविधान – ऐतिहासिक आधार, विकास, विशेषताएं, संशोधन, महत्वपूर्ण प्रावधान और बुनियादी संरचना।
  • संघ और राज्यों के कार्य और उत्तरदायित्व, संघीय ढांचे से संबंधित मुद्दे और चुनौतियाँ, स्थानीय स्तर तक शक्तियों और वित्त का हस्तांतरण, और उसकी चुनौतियाँ।

This paper will cover the topics like Accounting, Financial Accounting, Auditing, Business Organization, Cost Accounting, Taxation, Financial Institutions, etc. commonly taught in the Degree Course of Indian Universities/ Institutes.

Financing/ Accounting: Accounting as a financial information system; Impact of behavioural sciences. Accounting Standards e.g., Accounting for Depreciation, Inventories, Research and Development Costs, Long-term Construction Contracts, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, Contingencies, Foreign Exchange Transactions, Investments and Government Grants, Cash Flow Statement, Earnings per Share.
