I was 2nd to enter for interview. There were 3 members in the panel including 2 female and 1 male.

Male: Viral Patel you are from Ahmedabad so you must be fresh minded and fine?
Ans:Absolutely sir

Male: Tell me something about yourself
Ans: Answered

Male : What are hobbies?
Ans: Traveling, Reading, playing Table Tennis

Female 1: Which books you have gone through?
Ans: Answered

Female 1: Books that you read were from which subject and what inspires you the most?

Ans: Answered

Male : How many RRB Bank are there in Gujarat?

Ans : Answered

Male : What is the deposit and NPA Value of RRB?

Ans : I don’t know exact number sir

Male : Explain NPA

Ans : Answered

Male : If you are being posted in a village area and u have been sent to recoverloan of 1,50,000 rupees. The people have beseiged you than how will you handle them?

Ans : I answered

Male :If borrower says that they had paid 20,000 cash to the last manager and he told them not to pay again, than how will you make them understand?

Ans : I answered even than.

Female 2 : You are an apprentcie in IOCL, how will your experience matter to a bank?

Ans : Answered

Female 2 : Why you want to join RRB?

Female 2 : What is the biggest problem of Banking sector?
