Success Story of Ashu Soni Selected As ESIC UDC

Hello guys, I am Ashu Soni from Sirsa ( Haryana), today I’m going to tell my success story. Where there is a will, there is a way. This line suits best my 7 years of journey and almost 35+ exams.

It all started back in 2015 when I completed my graduation in science i.e. B.Sc (nonmedical). Then after that, I decided to take admission in M.Sc (Physics), but at that time one of my friends got selected in PNB and we were talking and he told me about the banking exam pattern. So I decided to go for banking preparation and I started my preparation. I gave my first exam in December 2015, it was IBPS CLERK PRE and I cleared the pre-exam on my first attempt, but couldn’t clear the main exam.

I cleared almost every pre-exam in 2016 but couldn’t clear any mains exam. Then I kept on trying and the story continued till June 2017. Then I got admission in M.Sc in my hometown. After this, I kept on giving exams but there was a lack of consistency and it resulted in more failures. During that year (2017-2018) I couldn’t even clear a single pre-exam and the same happened during 2018-2019. Then after completing my M.Sc, I started teaching in school and after completing one session in the school (2019-2020), I realized that this will not work for me throughout my whole life, so I again decided to prepare for banking exams. And from 2020-2021 I once again started clearing pre-exams and then the happy days started. This year (2021) I cleared RRB PO MAINS and appeared for the interview round but couldn’t make it to the final list. I was eagerly waiting for 1 Jan 2022, Because RRB PO AND RRB CLERK result was about to announce, but still i failed. So I thought that this is not my cup of tea. But somewhere I knew that sooner or later I’ll make it and suddenly ESIC UDC Notification was released and I applied for it. Then there was its pre, mains, and Computer Skill test( CST).

Finally, on November 15, 2022, the final merit list was released for the Haryana region and my name was there in the list. I saw my parents’ faces and the happiness, the tears were telling everything. I waited for 7 years and almost 35+ exams for this moment. There were lots of ups and downs in this journey.

I want to thank the ADDA247 team for their support in every subject, it was the first platform from where I started preparing. The biggest supporters in this journey were my mother, father, Brother, and my Chachu (RAMAN SONI). I’ll say only one thing you should keep on trying and ultimately you will get what you deserve.
