हस्तलिखित घोषणा (handwritten declaration) अनिवार्य रूप से उम्मीदवारों द्वारा स्वयं के हाथ से और अंग्रेजी भाषा में लिखी जानी है. यदि यह आपकी जगह किसी और ने या किसी अन्य भाषा में लिखा गया है, तो उनका आवेदन को वैध नहीं माना जाएगा (The above-mentioned handwritten declaration is mandatory to be written by the candidates in their own handwriting and in the English language only. If it is written by anybody else or in any other language, the application will be not be considered valid).
